What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit with the signed contract. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding date.

What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund (including deposit) will be given if the cancellation is at least 60 days before the scheduled wedding date. If the cancellation is within 60 days, a full refund minus a $275 expense fee will be issued.

Will there be any hidden charges?
No. There will not be any additional charges other than what is included in the package or individual service that you choose.

Are you willing to travel?
Yes, depending on location.

Will you be at the rehearsal?
Yes. We attend the rehearsal at no additional charge to study the best possible angles and to familiarize ourselves with your specific arrangements.

What will the final product look like?
The final product is a mix of real time footage, montages, interviews, and music. We offer a variety of different styles to create an entertaining and memorable video. The length of the final video will depend on the package chosen.

When will we receive our final copy?
We provide the best editing possible; therefore, it typically takes up to one month to complete your video.

Do you only film weddings?
No. We also film special events, corporate projects, documentaries, create montages for any occasion, and any other video services you may need. Please contact us for samples and more information.
